What it is
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a separate standalone product (priced separately) used alongside TRT to maintain intratesticular testosterone, testicular size, and fertility pathways.
How it works
Injected on a schedule set by your provider, hCG signals the testes to continue natural hormone production and prevent testicular shrinkage while on direct TRT.
Who it's for
Men on TRT who want to preserve testicular size, function, and fertility pathways alongside direct testosterone therapy.
Who should not take this
Men without a clear clinical indication or with contraindications identified on review. Prescribed only when clinically indicated.
Monitoring
Intratesticular response and hormone labs as your provider directs, alongside standard TRT monitoring.
Add this to your protocol
Talk to a licensed provider about whether this belongs in your protocol. Your labs and goals decide — never a generic menu.
