What TRT is — and what it isn't

Testosterone replacement therapy is the use of bioidentical testosterone to address symptoms in men with low testosterone confirmed by laboratory testing. It is not a performance enhancer for men with normal levels, and it is not prescribed without laboratory evidence. A provider reviews your full panel and history before any prescription is written.

The process

1. Video consult

A free visit with a licensed provider in your state to review your symptoms and history.

2. Comprehensive labs

Total & Free Testosterone, SHBG, Estradiol, CBC with Hematocrit, and PSA for men over 40 — drawn at a local site.

3. Protocol from your numbers

Your provider reads your labs against your symptoms and builds your protocol — or tells you TRT isn't right.

4. Medication shipped + titration

Delivered to your door. Follow-up labs and visits to titrate your dose based on how you respond.

The price

$149 per month covers the TRT program: provider visits, your medication, delivery to your door, and initial labs. Enclomiphene, tadalafil, sermorelin, hCG, and tirzepatide are separate standalone products priced separately.

Who should not start TRT

Men with untreated severe sleep apnea, uncontrolled heart failure, a recent history of hormone-sensitive cancer, or markedly elevated hematocrit should not start TRT. This is not a complete list — your provider reviews your full history. Read more on the eligibility page and the safety page.
