How A2Z writes, sources, reviews, and keeps current every page of men's hormone health content.

Last reviewed 2026-10-04 by Lauren Orta, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner. This page is clinical content and is reviewed on a regular schedule.

Clinician-reviewed

Every clinical page is reviewed by a licensed provider — currently Lauren Orta, FNP-C, a Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Arizona. Each page carries a visible 'last reviewed' date and the reviewer's name and credential.

Sources named inline

Where we reference clinical guidance, we name the source in the text — for example, the American Urological Association's Testosterone Deficiency Guideline. We do not publish a bare link list and we do not invent citations.

No invented numbers

We never invent a statistic, percentage, study, or patient outcome. If we do not have a real source, we write the sentence without a number. A fabricated figure on a medical site is worse than a blank.

No outcome promises

We never promise or guarantee a result. We describe what treatment is intended to address and what the evidence shows — nothing more. No 'feel 20 years younger,' no money-back guarantees.

Reviewed on a schedule

Clinical content is reviewed on a regular schedule and updated when the underlying guidance changes. The 'last reviewed' date on each page tells you when it was last checked.

Who writes the content

Content is written for clarity to a man trying to understand whether treatment could help him, then reviewed clinically by a licensed provider. The writer is not the reviewer — the reviewer's job is to confirm the page is accurate, honest, and free of claims the evidence does not support.

What we will not publish

  • Invented reviews, testimonials, patient names, or before/after stories.
  • Invented provider credentials, license numbers, or titles.
  • "Doctor-supervised" or "physician-led" language where no physician holds that role.
  • Statements implying we know the visitor's health status.
  • Legal or regulatory rules stated as fact — those sections are supplied by counsel.

The MSO structure

A2Z is a management services organization. A2Z does not practice medicine. Licensed providers practice independently and make all clinical decisions. This page describes how we produce content — it does not constitute medical advice.
