No clinic to visit. Everything happens by video, at a local lab draw site, and through the mail.

1. Free video consult
You meet a licensed provider in your state by video. They review your symptoms, history, and goals. This visit is free and carries no obligation.
2. Comprehensive labs
Your provider orders a full panel — Total & Free Testosterone, SHBG, Estradiol, CBC with Hematocrit, and PSA for men over 40. You visit a local draw site.
3. Protocol from your numbers
Your provider reads your labs against your symptoms. If TRT is appropriate, they build your protocol. If it isn't, they tell you honestly.
4. Medication shipped
Your medication is shipped to your door in discreet packaging. Injection supplies are included when applicable.
5. Follow-up & titration
Repeat labs and follow-up visits let your provider adjust your dose based on how you actually respond — not a fixed schedule.
