What you pay: $149/month, paid directly to A2Z. No insurance claim, no surprise balance bill.
Why we don't bill insurance: insurance billing adds overhead and restrictions that often delay or limit care. A direct model keeps the price flat and the decisions between you and your provider.
HSA / FSA: many patients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible expenses. Check with your plan administrator, as we cannot guarantee eligibility.
Your records: you can request your visit summaries and lab results at any time for your own records or to share with another provider.
