The structure
A2Z is a management services organization (MSO). A2Z does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or make clinical decisions. All consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are made solely by independent, licensed healthcare practitioners. A2Z does not own the medical practice and does not interfere with the independent exercise of medical judgment.
What we do
A2Z coordinates telehealth for men's hormone health: a free video consult with a licensed provider in your state, comprehensive labs at a local draw site, a protocol built from your numbers, and medication shipped to your door. $149/month includes initial labs, ongoing provider visits, and medication delivered.
States we serve
Arizona is live and booking now. Utah is opening soon — not yet accepting patients. We are not nationwide. As we add states, each one gets its own licensed providers and its own pages, the same way Arizona and Utah do.
