Online TRT in Utah: What You Pay in the First Year

The full first-year math for telehealth TRT in Utah: monthly vs quarterly plans, what is included, and what can add to the total.

Most Utah men searching for TRT see a monthly price and have to guess the rest. This post does the first-year math for A2Z's published prices so you can compare it against any other option, online or in a clinic.

The two plans, side by side

Monthly plan: $149 a month. Twelve months is $1,788.

Quarterly plan: as low as $119/mo, billed $357 each quarter. Four quarters is $1,428, which is $360 less than paying monthly for the same year.

What the plan price covers

The TRT program price includes initial labs, ongoing provider visits by video, and medication delivered to your Utah address. The first video consult is free.

Enclomiphene, tadalafil, sermorelin and tirzepatide are separate products with their own prices. They are not part of the TRT program price.

What can add to the total

Follow-up labs are billed separately, $74 each, when your provider orders them. How many follow-up draws you need in a year is your provider's decision, so we do not quote a fixed number. As an example only: if your provider ordered two follow-up draws in your first year, that would add $148.

There is no separate fee for the free first consult and no facility fee, because there is no facility visit.

If TRT is not right for you

If treatment is not appropriate and nothing is prescribed, we refund your first plan charge minus $50 for your initial labs. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are in our patient agreement.

How to compare any Utah TRT price

Ask every option for the same four numbers in writing: the monthly or quarterly price, which labs are included, what follow-up labs cost, and whether visits cost extra. Multiply to a full year. A low first-month price can look very different over twelve months.

Common questions

Is the price different in other parts of Utah?

No. TRT is $149/month, or as low as $119/mo billed $357 quarterly, anywhere in Utah.
