Does TRT Help With Erectile Dysfunction?
TRT can help ED when low testosterone is the cause — but ED has many causes, and TRT is not always the answer.

Erectile dysfunction has many causes — vascular, neurological, psychological, hormonal — and testosterone is only one of them. TRT can help when low testosterone is a contributing factor, but it is not a universal ED fix.
When low testosterone is driving ED, raising it can improve libido and, over time, erectile function. When the cause is vascular or psychological, TRT alone will not solve it. This is why a comprehensive panel and an honest provider conversation matter before prescribing.
For men whose ED is not fully explained by hormones, daily tadalafil — a separate standalone product — supports vascular blood flow and erectile readiness. Your provider helps you figure out which approach, or combination, fits your situation. See the tadalafil page for details.
